Accreditations

We have 8 staff within the office and a force of 40 + agents throughout the UK available for on foot instructions. We are members of the CSA, UKPIN, ABI, ICM and ACP. We hold professional indemnity insurance and a consumer credit licence. The company has in place a contingency plan, environment policy, equality and diversity policy, ethical procurement policy and are currently working towards achieving ISO accreditation. All of our staff are regularly trained on key areas of ever changing law. All our process servers/investigators are vetted, insured and carry Identification.

The Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only National Association in the UK for companies active in relation to unpaid credit accounts; debt recovery agencies, tracing and allied professional services and has a history dating back to 1902.
