  • Obtain references
  • Does the agency have a Consumer Credit Licence and Indemnity Insurance.
  • Is there a secure method for transferring your data and back-up systems
  • Is the agency registered and does it comply to the Data Protection Act 1998
  • Does the agency have the most complete data available to them
  • Make sure you do not get tied into a contract
